Serotonin leans on the visual side of an external more than the aiming side. Its ESP is modular and three-dimensional, with a live preview while you set it up, and it reads character meshes and avatars so the overlay follows the actual model rather than a box drawn around it.

Chams and highlight tools round that out, and a Lua API lets you build on top of it — the one feature here that edges into an executor's territory, and useful when the built-in modules are not quite what you want. The interface also carries aimbot and triggerbot tabs, though the vendor describes it as a visuals tool first.
